Below you will find MCB's Data Processor Agreement available for both download and signature.
As the data controller, you are required to fill in the data you expect us to process and provide contact information for the company's representative. This information will be used in relation to incidents and changes in the agreement.
It is your responsibility as the data controller to have a Data Processor Agreement in place with MCB.
If you collaborate with MCB without completing a data processor agreement, your data will be processed according to our standard terms, which are outlined in the Data Processor Agreement.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. However, we want to inform you that we do not provide advice on legal or customer-specific matters related to your data processing as the data controller.
